The “Vai Restaurant” is a creative Cretan cuisine restaurant located on the beach of Vai in Sitia. Combining   a wide range of original Cretan dishes with the uniqueness of an idyllic landscape that creates the palm forest Vai, the sea and the mountains, the “Restaurant Vai”  has as main goal not only to meet but also to  exceed the needs and expectations of customers in the triptych Quality – Service – Price. Starting from the ordering of raw materials, these are made with strict criteria with particular attention to ensure the highest quality of all materials used. The procedures for receipt, storage, processing and manufacturing, made ​​under strict hygiene standards of food safety in order to ensure excellent condition all of our dishes hygienically. It is also important to be mentioned the usage of extra virgin olive oil of Sitia in all preparations, as well as the usage of fresh local materials such as meat, vegetables, fish and cheese,  which are the basis of the Cretan cuisine. Finally, in an effort for the provision of a true traditional culinary experience, a wide range of award-winning Cretan wines have been selected, most of which are produced from organic grapes, grown in “Toplou”  Monastery.
